RESPECT has been helping manage workplace discrimination, harassment and conflict since 1994 - but their website was in need of a serious refresh.
RESPECT reached out to me to help modernize their website and online presence, ensuring that it could evolve into a tool they would be able to leverage and connect with potential clients.
As we began discussions, I quickly realized they needed a more modern, yet simple but fresh look. I wanted to give their clients an easy-to-use site to learn about their history, approach and find more information on the services they offered.
Our first line of duty was updating a 20 year old logo mark. We updated the font, added new colours to the palette, giving the RESPECT a new simplistic yet familiar look.
Next, we moved on to a sitemap and discussions around how best to organize content and what more may need to be added. The new site focuses on being simple, easy to navigate and to the point. The overall aesthetic has a peaceful, calming and welcoming feel just like the RESPECT Team.
