Located in London Ontario, La Noisette is a Bakery & Deli inspired by home cooking.

Like many companies in London, ON and around the world, COVID-19 has changed the way they do business. La Noisette owners Tabitha and Dave had to quickly adapt their business. They developed an online ordering system, delivery service and started posting menus to social media for pickup and delivery on Thursdays and Saturdays. Despite the new process being well received, they soon realized the amount of admin time required to sustain this new norm was taking its toll. This coupled with the fact they saw a first-hand shift in people changing their buying behaviours, they decided an online E-commerce store was the way to go.
