LOGO & BRANDING FOR A POINT EDWARD CRAFT BREWING COMPANY

When Point Brewing Co. knew they had secured a spot for a production facility and tap house – they came to me to help kick-start their branding and bring them to market with a bang.

The craft beer market is exploding to the point that the largest manufacturers in the world are hiding their name in the fine print on labels and adding small; local batch inspired facade’s.

You’d be hard pressed to find more knowledgable craft beer enthusiasts than those that man the helm at Point Brewing. They’ve been studying the market inside out and have been getting this ready for years. I sat with their team several times to go over various ideas and visual tactics we could implement to give their product a competitive edge.

As we tried out various concepts, we all came back to incorporating two important elements: paying homage to Point Edward via The Bluewater Bridge and The Voyage of The Griffon (the First ship to sail Lakes Erie, Huron and Michigan).

The final design and all of its elements are a collection of assets that will help propel their product into markets.
